We recommend that you provide us with the following information in the description – this will make it easier for us to process your complaint and consequently, the processing time is shorter:
▲ information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect,
▲ a demand how to bring the product into conformity with the contract for sale or a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the contract for sale, and
▲ contact details.
We will respond to your complaint immediately, however, within 14 days from the complaint receipt date. In the event that we need to have a product delivered to us in order to respond to your complaint or to exercise your warranty rights, we will ask you to do so.
